About Pauline

I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist (RDN) providing nutritional
care to toddlers through centennials. Prior to becoming an RDN, I was a
kindergarten teacher. I have a passion to help all generations embrace
freedom from the fear and control of food.
I have a B.S. from Keiser University in the field of Dietetics and Nutrition. In
addition, I hold certification for Adult and Pediatric obesity from the Academy
of Nutrition and Dietetics. I am also an active member of the International
Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) and member of the
Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).
My approach to care is to remove the stigma of “good” food vs “bad” food
and help individuals begin to see food as food. It is one of my greatest joys to
help others embrace their brilliance and experience joy in life, being set free to
love themselves and food.
I work with individuals to reduce the need for medications related to chronic
and acute medical conditions with the mindset of “Small steps to a healthier
you!”
In addition, I serve as an Advisory board member for Keiser University, Port Saint
Lucie campus, am a care facilitator for Celebrate Recovery, and am nutritional
group facilitator for Christ Fellowship, Tradition Campus.
I have over thirty years’ experience as a personal motivator, public speaker,
seminar, webinar, and workshop leader on different self-image and nutrition
topics.
